By visiting our site, joining our waitlist, or using any Wineclusivity Services, you confirm that you:

2. About Wineclusivity

Wineclusivity provides cultural and educational wine content, VR/AR winery tours, AI-powered palate matching, partner-driven tasting experiences, and a global discovery platform connecting users to wineries.

Note: Wineclusivity does not sell alcohol. Any wine purchases resulting from partner recommendations or links are handled by third-party vendors.

3. User Accounts

When the app launches, users may create accounts. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us of unauthorized access. Wineclusivity may suspend accounts used for fraudulent or harmful activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse or disrupt the Services, post harmful or misleading content, attempt unauthorized access to Wineclusivity systems, scrape or copy data for commercial use, or violate any laws regarding alcohol consumption or promotion.

5. AI Recommendations

Wineclusivity provides personalized suggestions using AI. These are informational, based on user preferences, and not guaranteed to be error-free. Users should consume alcohol responsibly and follow local laws.

6. Partner Content

Wineries and partners may upload media assets, descriptions, event details, and VR/AR content. Wineclusivity is not responsible for inaccuracies provided by partners. Partners must own rights to any submitted materials.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Wineclusivity—including text, logos, images, VR/AR experiences, and branding—is owned by Wineclusivity, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Wineclusivity may integrate third-party systems (e.g., VR hosting, analytics, winery partner sites). We are not responsible for the practices or content of these external services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wineclusivity is not liable for damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform, technical issues, user reliance on AI recommendations, or actions taken by partner wineries. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms. Users may also discontinue using the platform at any time.
